We provide:
- DMXSmartLink Software – digital download
- DMXSmartLink Hub – pre-configured Raspberry Pi 5 hardware
2. Digital Product Licensing
The DMXSmartLink software is licensed, not sold. Your license:
- Is for personal or commercial use on up to 1 device per license key
- May not be redistributed, resold, or reverse-engineered
- May be revoked in cases of misuse or abuse
3. Refunds and Returns
- Software purchases are non-refundable once downloaded
- Hardware returns are accepted for defective products within 14 days (see our Return Policy)
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when placing an order
- Not misuse our products for illegal or harmful purposes
- Not infringe on our trademarks, copyrights, or license terms
5. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are provided “as is” without warranty beyond what is stated for returns. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
