📦 DMXSmartLink Hub (Prebuilt Raspberry Pi 5)
Before you ship anything back, contact us first. Many issues — especially with the Raspberry Pi Hub — can be resolved remotely. If the unit is confirmed defective, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
We accept returns only for defective products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include all accessories and packaging
- Be shipped at your expense
