DMXSmartLink software licenses are delivered electronically — no physical shipping is required. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your download and activation details by email, usually within minutes. 📦 Hardware (DMX Smart Link Hub)
- Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. If you need shipping elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.
- Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

📍 Address Accuracy
